Drugstore + AVON HAUL – First impressions

Hello everyone! Recently I have been really good with my shopping and I actually managed to don’t buy too many makeup and beauty products. I usually buy a lot of makeup, but recently I have been trying to buy less but choose well. So I have been buying stuff that I really need or products that I wanted to try for a really long time. Today I’m going to share with you all what are new products I recently picked up really like! Looking at it there is actually quite a few products, I suppose it’s not easy to give up shopping addiction. This is collective haul from past month or so, that’s why there is a lot of products. I feel like this is going to be a long post again, so make sure you are comfortable and ready for all of these beauty products!

Essence Stay All Day long lasting concealer – Soft Beige
I used up all of my concealers so I was in desperate need of new one. I decided to try this one because it is super popular. I saw a lot of really good reviews about this one. I have to say that I’m not that impressed because I expected so much from this one. A lot of girls said that this one has amazing coverage, but I really don’t see that. It’s really creamy, blend able and long lasting but coverage is light to medium, which is not that amazing. I’ll probably do review on this one, so stay tuned for that.

Essence Gel Eye Pencil Waterproof – Cloudy White
So this is automatic twist gel eye liner pencil. I really wanted to get white pencil to use in my water line when I want my eyes to look wide awake and open. I have to say that I have really watery eyes, so most of pencils just don’t work for me and my eyes. This one works pretty good, but it’s still not long lasting in my water line. As I said my eyes are pretty sensitive and watery, so most of products can’t last in my water line. This one lasts about 2 – 3 hours which is the most I ever experience. So I quite like this pencil, I think it is pretty good. I used it in my recent makeup looks Drama Queen and Earth Tones Makeup Look.

Essence Midnight Masquerate effect eye shadow – Spooktactular Night
Honestly I never saw an eye shadow in this color, it’s so beautiful. This eye shadow inspired me to create my DRAMA QUEEN makeup tutorial that so many of you love. This eye shadow is really pigmented and really dark. It’s like dark purple brow type of shade with a lot of copper shimmer. I mean I’m totally obsessed with this shade, it just blew me away I don’t really know why. Make sure you go on my fb page (photo) to see the color of it in my latest photo, you won’t regret it.

Revelique Ridge Filler
I got more nail stuff. I feel like lately I’m only buying nail polishes and products for my nails. I got this one to use as a base coat and it’s pretty good. It’s like a nude super thin nail polish. It makes really nice smooth base for other nail polishes. It dries super quickly and it looks nice by itself also. So sometimes I use this one as a regular nude nail polish. It needs two to three coats if you want to wear it like that because it is super thin.

Essence Studio Nails Ultra Gloss Nail Shine
I really like Essence nail care range. All products that I tried from this line I really like. I’m one of those impatient people, so I can’t really wait long time for my nail polish to dry so I always mess up my nail polish which always makes me go crazy. This one said that it’s fast drying, high shine top coat. I can agree with those claims, it’s really nice. It’s so easy to apply and it makes nails super glossy and almost gel like. Also, it dries in minute which is so amazing for all impatient girls like me.

Deep Fresh Nail Polish remover – Lilac
I already used up one of these nail polish removers. I really like these because they actually smell really nice. I hate nail polish removers because they smell so bad and some of them are pretty harsh on nails. This one is quite gentle and it removes nail polish really easy. Also, it smells nice which is good reason alone for me to keep buying it.

Le petit Marseiliais Nutrition Hair Mask for dry and damaged hair
You always need a good hair mask to have in stash. I’m always on hunt for good, moisturizing hair masks, so I like to try new ones all the time. I wanted this one for really long time and I finally tried it. It is really nice and I’m actually really happy that I tried it. I’ll do full on review on this one, because I think you guys should know more about it. It is such a nice affordable hair mask.

Le petit Marseiliais Nutrition shampoo and conditioner
I’m one of those people that likes to buy products from the same collection for my hair care. I feel like that way you get the best benefits of products. Even though I bought the mask I wanted to try shampoo and conditioner. So far I love these 3 products. One product from this line that completely blew me away is actually shampoo. It’s so nice and it foams up so nicely. It’s super creamy and rich, love it. I think I’m going to write a hair care post soon, so I’m going to talk more about these products there.

2 Balea deodorants – Magic Fairytale and Pink Grapefruit
There is one good reason why I buy Balea deodorants. They are probably one of few deodorants that don’t contain aluminium in them. I already said that I try to avoid aluminium in deodorants because it is really bad especially for women. Both of these smell really good, but they don’t give amazing protection during day. So, they are not amazing for days when you have to do a lot of things in warmer weather. But I like to use them just because they are healthier and they still give enough protection for my day to day life.

Avon products

I miss those teenage days when I was using every little bit of money to buy Avon products, so I wanted to feel that excitement again, so I ordered bunch of stuff from Avon.

Naturals Shimmering Warm Spice Vanilla Swirl Body Lotion
I wanted to try this one for ages. I finally order it and I’m so glad I did. I love how good it smells and it’s such a nice body lotion. I mean I always need body lotion, because I moisturize my body after shower always, so I use up body lotions really quickly. I really like this one because it is shimmery and it looks beautiful on skin. I think I’ll review it on blog, so stay tuned for that.

Gel Shine nail polish – Iceberg White
Believe or not I don’t own that super white opaque nail polish. It seems like everyone likes how that nail polish looks, so I decided to buy one for myself. I really like Avon Gel Shine line, because it is really good quality. All nail polishes are opaque in one coat, really glossy and gel like. Also, they last for quite a long time. I still didn’t wear this one because I’m afraid how it will look, because I really don’t wear this kind of shades. But soon I’ll do it and let you know my opinion on it.

Mark Gel Shine nail polish – Nudeitude
Another nail polish, I got this one just because it is perfect nude shade. Usually nude shades can be really unflattering on my skin tone, but this one is beautiful. I still didn’t actually wear it on my nails, but I’m sure I’m going to love it. I’ll let you know about the overall quality of these Avon nail polishes, so stay tuned for that.

Mark Big & Multiplied Volume Mascara – Black
I needed a new mascara, so decided to give this one a go. My favorite Avon mascara is Super Shock one, but I decided to try this one because it is supposed to be super volumizing. So far I really like it, it is indeed super volumizing and I like that. The wand is standard bristle wand and it’s actually really easy to use and apply on eye lashes.

FootWorks Cracked heel treatment with Urea and AHA acid
Summer is coming so foot cream is really an essential. I actually used up all of the foot creams that I had, so I needed new one. I never tried this one before, but I did have some other Avon foot creams. This one is really thick, but you don’t need a lot of time to blend it in the skin. Also, I feel like it makes my feet really smooth and soft, which is really good. This one doesn’t have any particular smell. So far I really like it, I think it’s a good buy.

SUN Magic tan self tan bronzing mousse with firming complex – Tropical fragrance
I have been really into bronzed and tanned skin, so I decided to try Avon self tanner. I never tried anything from this SUN line before, so I was really excited to try this one. It’s actually so nice. It’s super easy to apply, you don’t even need tanning mitt. It smells really nice and I really like the packing. I think it looks really nice and sleek. Also it comes with pump so it’s really easy to control the amount of product that you want. I’m probably going to talk more about this one in my tanning routine, because it’s definitely a big part of that.

Planet Spa Sweet Sensuality with jasmine essential oil fragrance spritz
If you read my blog often then you know how much I love the scent of jasmine. It’s one of my favorite notes in fragrance and almost all of my fragrances have jasmine in them. So when I saw this Planet Spa body mist I needed to order it. This is perfect for days when I don’t want to wear anything heavy on my skin or clothes. It smells really nice and it’s nice to have it in hand bag, so I can refresh on the go.
