Shop my own stash – Makeup Edition

Hello everyone! Recently I have been trying to buy less products, because I’m trying to save money. I feel like I’m spending money on things that I don’t even need and it can be really annoying. Sometimes I have to throw away products because they expire, because I have so many just sitting around. So I started to do “shop my stash” project and I really enjoy it. It is amazing way to use up products, save money and it kinda feels like shopping almost, so that’s pretty good if you ask me. So, let me tell you which products I found in my stash that I use every single day. I’ll have skin care edition post also, so stay tuned for that! Also this is great way to re visit products that you loved in past, because you already know that they work for you. Let me know do you “shop your stash” ever? What do you think about this idea?

I’m not going to be really active next week or so, because my exam period is coming, so I won’t really have time to make new blog posts. That’s why I uploaded two blog posts yesterday, I’m just doing it while I can. I will re upload my newest posts, just to make some kind of content on blog, because I don’t like when there is nothing new on blog. This way it will seem like something is actually happening. I will upload skin care edition of this post as soon as possible, I just need to find time to actually do it, write a post and take photos. Long intro over, let me tell you more about products I found in my makeup stash!

1. Revelique Bronzer – Sun Kissed
I had this bronzer for ages literally. As you can see I’m making a good progress with this one. This is perfect every day bronzer, because it gives that natural “sun kissed” look which I love. I use it literally every single day and I get a lot of compliments from friends for how my skin looks. So I think that this bronzer is perfect for every day makeup and I really enjoy using it. It’s slightly shimmery so it’s perfect for warmer weather. Also this one is really warm toned which gives that perfect sun kissed look, especially when you have a bit of tan. I still didn’t get any natural tan from Sun, but at least there is fake tan hehe. How it looks on skin you can see in my Ombre lips makeup tutorial.

2. Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss – Nude
This is perfect every day shade. I usually wear lip glosses in my day to day life, so this is perfect. Avon lip glosses are really nice, they are non sticky and very comfortable on lips. They don’t last for a really long time on lips, but I don’t mind it too much. I keep this one in my hand bag usually just because it is perfect shade to throw over any lip color, because it gives a little bit of color and shimmer which always looks good if you ask me. Also these lip glosses are really moisturizing which is always a plus.

3. Catrice Chocolate Nudes Eye shadow palette
I have review on this palette, so I’ll link it here in case you want to check it out. I used this last year in Autumn, it was part of my every day Autumn makeup routine. I kinda don’t wear eye shadow for every day but this palette makes it so easy for me. I usually wear 2^nd shade as a mat nude base all over eye, 3^rd shade all over the lid and in crease. I also add that shade on my lower lash line, so I get that easy simple subtle smokey eye. Then I use first champagne shade as inner corner highlight and also I use it as my face highlight, it’s perfect. I totally recommend you to buy palette similar to this one, so you can use it so many different ways. I found this palette when I did my “Drama Queen” inspired makeup tutorial and since then I used it every single day.

4. Avon Color Trend Lipstick – Melon Drama
This is perfect coral shade for this time of the year. I love this lipstick so much. It’s so easy to work with and it’s super comfortable on lips. You can wear it without lip liner even like that it looks perfect. This lipstick is creamy, but it stays on lips for long time. It’s not drying at all, which is really important for me, because I have pretty dry lips. For my day to day makeup I do nude lip, but if I’m feeling pop of color this one is perfect. Check how a bit of color on lips can completely change makeup look in my Earth tones makeup look.

5. Essence Love and Sound eye shadow – Make life a festival
I don’t know when I got this eye shadow, it’s probably long time ago. But I find it in my stash and started using it again. I use this eye shadow as a highlighter believe it or not. I feel like it looks gorgeous with peachy blush and bronzer. It makes that perfect “sun goddess” look which I love during summer. Also peachy highlighters are trending now and if you ask me this is perfect peachy highlight color. Check how it looks in my latest makeup look which is trendy peachy pink color combination.

6. Essence I love Nude eye shadow – Crème Brûlée
I love Nude Essence eye shadows are some of my favorites from drugstore. They really have amazing formula and I enjoy using them. This one I use as a highlighter, alone or in combination with previous Essence eye shadow. This one gives amazing glow without any shimmer, which is amazing for drugstore. It looks beautiful on skin, so I can’t believe I didn’t use it for a really long time. I’m glad I found it, because it is so amazing!
