Chia seeds with coffee, banana and pineapple yoghurt – breakfast idea

I’m a big foodie, but I like to eat simple and easy meals most of time. I don’t complicate when it comes to cooking, I don’t like complicated meals with a lot of ingredients. So this is very simple breakfast to make that I have been enjoying lately, so I decided to share how I make this chia seeds pudding with banana and pineapple yoghurt.

Ja volim hranu, ali najčešće jedem vrlo jednostavne obroke sa malo sastojaka. Ne volim komplikovati kada je upitanju recept, volim obroke koji se brzo naprave, jednostavni su i imaju dobar okus. Ovo je vrlo jednostavan doručak, vrlo zdrav i definitivno hranjiv.

If you read my Morning routine then you guys know that breakfast is my favorite meal of day. I just love breakfast, it is something that makes me get up from bed honestly. Sometimes I plan my meal the night before just to make myself excited for it! If I plan my meal night before I would usually have chia seeds pudding. Now with this recipe you can do whichever way you want, you can add different fruit or yoghurt it is all up to you. I personally love this combination, just because it is not too sweet and it is very refreshing.

Ako ste čitali moju jutarnju rutinu onda znate da je doručak moj omiljeni obrok u danu. Doručak je nešto zbog čega ja napuštam krevet ujutro haha, toliko ga volim. Nekada čak planiram doručak noć prije. To najčešće znači da ću imati chia puding. Ovo nije recept gdje vam govorim kako ovo pravite, jer je izutetno jednostavno. Možete koristiti drugi voćni jogurt, drugo voće to je na vama. Ja volim ovu kombinaciju jer nije previše slatka i osvježava me ujutro.

So you first have to make chia seeds mixture before. I usually make it at night, so I can have this for breakfast next day. You need one shoot of espresso and some milk. I add a little bit of cinnamon just to add a little bit of flavor. Obviously I don’t really measure how much of milk and coffee I add, it’s about the feeling. If you made chia pudding you kinda know how to measure it.

Chia jogurt pravite noć prije tako da bi dali dovoljno vremena chia sjemenkama da upiju tekućinu i nabubre. Treba vam jedna doza espreso kafe, ili Ness kafe zavisi koju koristite. Kafu pomiješate sa malo mlijeka i dodate sjemenke. Koliko ćete tečnosti imati na kraju će odrediti količinu sjemenki koju dodajete. Ja to pravim po osjećaju nemam recept. Jednostavno vremenom dobijete osjećaj koliko čega ide.

How I put these together? I just basically add one layer of chia seeds pudding, then add banana. I would go with layers as long as I have product. At the top I add yoghurt and a left over of banana. I usually put a bit of cinnamon on top just because I love cinnamon.

Ja pravim ovo tako što stavim jedan sloj pudinga od chia sjemenki, onda stavim jedan sloj kolutića banane. Ponavljam proces dok imam proizvoda, a onda dodam jogurt sa ananasom na vrhu i ostatak banane. Također uvijek stavim malo cimeta na vrhu, jer volim njegov ukus.
