GRWM – My go to party makeup look

IMG_5531

I like making GRWM posts, but I rarely have time before going out to actually take photos and prepare everthing. It definitely takes longer to get ready while preparing blog post with it, so I usually just don’t do it. But I absolutely love seeing this type of blog posts, so I’ll try to make more of them. I’ll share with you today my go to party makeup look, I like to keep eyes simple, I don’t really go for smokey eye as I think it doesn’t suit me that much. As you can see on photos I go for bold lip color, I love how it looks in clubs, I think it’s very sexy and seductive, but you still keep makeup simple and easy to do. This makeup takes me about 20 minutes to completely do, so it’s definitely time friendly as well.

For a base I like to wear nice medium coverage, preferably matt foundation as it will last longer. This time I used mixture of Catrice Even Skin Tone and Rimmel Perfect Match foundation. These two give nice medium coverage with nice sheen on the skin. As a primer I used Artdeco Golden Bronze Oil drops (review) as my skin is a little bit dry right now. For concealer I used Essence Get Picture Ready brightening concealer (review). To set my concealer I used trusty Catrice Prime and Fine mattifying powder that is super silky and long wearing. I used a lot of Avon Magix prime and set makeup spray (review) just to keep everything in place all night long.

I contoured a little bit with Essence I love NUDE eye shadow in shade My favorite tauping. To bronze up the skin I used combination of two Catrice bronzers. First I went with Sun Glow mat bronzing powder to give subtle bronzed effect, but then I felt like I need a little bit more of glow so I added a little bit of Sun Lover Glow bronzing powder (review). I used Catrice DELUXE glow highlighting palette (review) all over skin to add natural glowy finish. As a blush I used Catrice ProvoCatrice gradation blush (review) in shade Raspberry Belle. My favorite highlighter for night time is Catrice High Glow mineral highlighting powder (review) in shade Light Infusion. I love this one for night time because it’s so pigmented and intense. Also it’s quite cool toned which I’m not a fan for day wear, so I take advantage of this highlighter for night time.

As you can see eyes are really simple. I basically used combination of Catrice Mat bronzer and mid brown mat shade in crease to create depth. I used the same combination on lower lash line. As inner corner and brow bone highlight I used same Catrice highlighter. For my brows I used Catrice Powder Eye brow set, basically just dark brown shade to fill in and shape my brows a little bit. I went for really natural eye brow look, because I don’t like overly filled and shaped brows. I set my brows with Catrice Lash//Brow designer transparent gel. As all over the lid shade I used shimmery bronzy gold shade and a little bit of Catrice highlighter in middle of lid just to add a little bit more of glow. Mascara that I used is Catrice Glam & Doll False lashes mascara, really like this one as it is nicely separating.

For this gorgeous lip color I used two Essence products. First I lined my lips with Essence lip liner in shade Honey Berry. Lipstick is Essence Matt, matt, matt long lasting lip gloss that is basically creamy lipstick with satin finish. This Essence lipstick I have in shade 07 – Chic up your life which is beautiful dark berry shade. A lot of people don’t like these Essence lipsticks but I think they are really great. That’s all from me today. I hope you enjoyed this GRWM post. Let me know what is your go to clubbing makeup look? Do you like to emphasize eyes or lips? Do you want to see any particular makeup looks from me? Leave me suggestions in comments! Thank you for reading. Have a nice day! xx
