Time for new beauty favorites of the month. This month I went back to some of my all time favorite makeup products, so I’ll chat about them a little bit. Also I have some new skin care products that I got lately and included in my skin care routine. I’ll try to keep this post as short as possible as usually my favorite posts get really long.

Catrice Sun Lover matt bronzing powder (020 – Deep Bronze)
This is one of my all time favorite bronzers. I already used one of these up and this one is well loved past few months. I use this bronzer daily, it’s my go to bronzer and crease eye shadow. This bronzer always works, it never looks patchy or weird on skin. If you are looking for a good affordable bronzer then definitely check this one out, it’s amazing.

Rimmel Moisture renew lipstick (Notting Hill nude) – REVIEW

I did full review on this Rimmel lipstick together with one Kate Moss lipstick, check it out here. I really like this lipstick, it’s super creamy and easy to apply. It never dries out my lips, even though I have really dry lips. The shade is a little warmer nude which suits me better than cool tones, but it all comes down to mood and what makeup look I’m going for. As my daily makeup look is really simple, this lipstick goes perfectly with it so it’s definitely favorite.

Avon Ultra Glimmerstick lip liner (Simply Spice)
This is my go to lip liner that I wear with Rimmel Notting Hill nude lipstick. It’s a bit darker nude so it gives nice outline to lips and makes Rimmel lipstick appear a bit darker which I like. Avon lip liners are really good, I have three in my collection and they are really great. I like that they are super pigmented and easy to apply, you don’t need to sharpen them which is just so easy. I’m looking forward to expand my collection as I really like their formula.

LVLY Skin toner with manuka honey extract
This is new toner in my collection and I use it in my morning and night time skin care routine. It’s a bit thicker in texture to the most toners I tried so far. It almost feels sticky on skin, which is not unpleasant but you definitely need to get used to it. I like to apply it first with cotton pad to remove any excess makeup or dirt I might have on my skin and then I put some on my hands and gently press it into skin. It definitely nicely hydrates skin and prepares it for serum.

Evoluderm facial water mist with sea salt
This is great as a toner if you don’t want to use cotton pads or complicate too much. You just spray this on your face, it’s very cool and refreshing. I use it through day to refresh my skin if I feel like my skin needs more moisture. I like these sort of face sprays, they are easy and very convenient to have in collection. They are great for summer time as they are cool and refreshing.

Tesori d’Oriente Japanese Rituals shower cream
If you read my blog often then you’ll know that I love Tesori d’Oriente as a brand. I love every single one of their products and I love using them in my routine. This shower cream feels really luxurious on my skin, it washes body well, makes it really soft and smooth. It smells so strongly so it makes whole bathroom smell amazing. Scent is combination of tsubaki oil and peonies. This one is not as strong as some other Tesori d’Oriente frangrances that I own, but I enjoy scent very much.

  1. I’m definitely obsessed with facial mists. Love to use them through day to refresh and hydrate my skin. Vitamin C mist sounds so good, I would love to give it a try. Thank you for reading. xx

  2. This was great! good to know. I am also doing bronzing, but not powder like your Catrice. I began using Drunken Elephant Bronzie with natural glow oil. It works so good. This way I don’t look like a 1900’s pale child portrait due to winter. 😃 xx
