Products I’ve used up – Empties #23

Today it’s time for new empties post. I’ll chat about some beauty products that I recently used up. I’ll give short description of products and link review if I did it for some products. This time I have quite a few makeup products that I used up actually, so this time it’s not only skin care and hair care products. I’ll start with makeup and then move on to hair and skin care.

MAKEUP and NAIL POLISHES

L’oreal Infallible stay fresh foundation 24 H
I really like this foundation, I think it looks great on skin and it’s good for every occasion. You can use this foundation for every day or for special occasions, it has good medium coverage and looks really nice on skin. We don’t have good shade range here, so I’m not sure will I repurchase.

Essence Camouflage 2in1 makeup and concealer – REVIEW
I did full review on this foundation, check it out here. This was good foundation, I used it also as a concealer, it’s really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Flormar Cream Caramel lip balm
This was good tinted lip balm. I didn’t like scent a lot, because it is really strong. The shade was really unique so I liked it a lot, but I’m not sure would I repurchase.

Bourjois CITY Radiance foundation sample
I wanted to buy full bottle of this foundation, but I’m glad I had this sample to test it out first. It is good foundation, but nothing special. You need to use a lot of product to have any sort of coverage, also it feels a bit heavy when you build up the coverage. I would not buy full size. I think there is so many better options at drugstore so skip this one.

Catrice Prime and Fine mattifiyig powder compact – REVIEW
I did full review on this powder, check it out here. I would recommend this powder, it worked out great for me and I will repurchase it at some point. Right now I have a lot of powders, so I’ll wait to use up some before buying new one. Unfortunately this one is discontinued, but they have new Catrice 5 in 1  setting powder (review) that is really similar.

Catrice Nail paint to go – nail polish pen
This seemed like a great concept of nail polish, but it’s not easy to use. I think that brush on this doesn’t work at all so you can’t apply nail polish nicely. I would not recommend this.

Flormar nail polish – 319
I had this nail polish for over a year, so it was time to let it go as I don’t use it any more. It was an alright nail polish, but I didn’t like it that much on my nails. I would not re purchase this color anymore.

SKIN and BODY CARE

Avon Care Refreshing with aloe & cucumber peel of face mask
This was an ok mask, but I didn’t see any difference after I used it. I would definitely not repurchase because it’s not that good.

Top Ten Face cream with olive oil spf 40
I really liked this cream, it’s super hydrating and it is an great spf. It protected my skin from Sun so well, I didn’t get a lot of burns and my skin looked great after holiday. It was not dehydrated and it is definitely due to this face cream. I would buy this one again.

Simply Active 5in1 Cleansing facial wipes
I really like these wipes for removing first layer of makeup. They are super soft, comfortable on skin and full of liquid. I will definitely buy them again.

Balea – Vitamin mask
This was good hydrating face mask. I didn’t notice massive difference, but it made my skin hydrated and soft which is good enough for me.

Cotton Soft cotton pads
I always use this brand of cotton pads, they work well and are cheap. I already bought another pack so I’m set for this month.

Afrodita Cosmetics SOS Calming face mask
It seems like I always have one of these masks in my empties. This is probably my favorite face mask ever, whenever I use it I notice a difference. I already bought another pack.

Avon Men shave gel
I always buy shave gels from Avon Men line because they work great for shaving legs. They last very long time and are quite affordable. I already have a new one, it’s in orange packing.

Avon Planet Spa Relaxing Provence Spa hand cream
I really liked this hand cream. It smelled so good, makes hands soft and smooth. I will probably repurchase it again.

Lush Ocean Salt scrub sample
I wanted to try this scrub for long time because I heard great things about it. I think I’ll buy full size tub, because this works great and I really enjoy it.

DM Balea after shave cream
I though that this won’t work, but it’s actually really god. I have super sensitive skin, so for me shaving legs it’s not easy. I prefer waxing, but sometimes you have to shave because it’s quicker. This works great to calm skin after shaving and I don’t get that terrible rash all over my legs. I already bought another bottle.

HAIR CARE

SYOSS Ceramide Complex anti breakage conditioner
I really liked this conditioner, it made my hair really soft and smooth. I used it alone, or in combination with some other conditioner and hair masks. I would buy it again definitely.

Garnier Color Naturals mask with 3 nutritive oils – 2 samples
This is very good mask, I wish they make this in full size bottle. This one always gives a lot of hydration to my hair and it is very good mask.

Afrodita Cosmetics hair conditioner for damaged, dry and bleanced hair
This was really nice for my hair. It’s not thick, it smells so good and makes hair glowy and smooth. I really enjoyed this one and I’ll definitely buy it again.

Avon Advance Techniques nourishing hair serum with argan oil – REVIEW
I did full review on this serum, check it out here. This is my favorite hair serum, it makes my hair so healthy. Also this helps so much with split and dry ends, it literally changed my hair. I’m on my second bottle now and I will definitely repurchase again.

DM Balea Purple Conditioner
This is great affordable purple conditioner, it works so well for my blonde highlights. It doesn’t dry out hair as some purple shampoos can do. It gives a bit of hydration and takes away brassy tones. I already bought another one and using it in my hair care currently.
