Catrice SUNGASM face & body highlighter review/recenzija

Catrice came out with new summer limited edition collection “SUNGASM” and I have to admit this collection is just stunning. I always love their summer collections because they have a lot of bronzers and highlighters which are some of my favorite products in makeup. This time I wanted to pick up only one product from the collection, so after some thought I decided to buy this highlighter. Bronzers in this collection look gorgeous also, but shades are something I already have and I don’t think I have shade like this in highlighter, so I decided to pick this one up.

Catrice u ponudi ima novu limitiranu kolekciju „SUNGASM“ za sezonu ljeta i moram priznati da je ova kolekcija predivna. Uvijek volim Catrice limitirane kolekcije tokom ljeta, jer su uvijek vrlo lijepe, bazirane na zdravi sjaj kože i preplanuli ten, što ja mnogo volim. Ovaj put sam željela odabrati samo jedan proizvod, ne više, jer se trudim da kupujem samo proizvode koje ću baš koristiti. Dvoumila sam se između bronzera i hajlajtera, na kraju sam se odlučila za hajlajter, jer imam nekoliko šimerastih bronzera već, tako da mi ne treba novi. Imam ja i mnogo hajlajtera, ali ne ovakvu nijansu hajlajtera, pa sam odlučila kupiti njega.

Packing is really nice, simple, but pretty. As you can see on photos this highlighter is huge, you get 28 g of product or net wt. 0.98 oz. As this is huge highlighter you can use it for face and body as well. This is definitely great value for money, because you get so much in this packing and it’s only 5.95 Euros. I got mine in DM store, but you’ll probably have to track this collection down, that’s case with most Catrice limited edition sadly. Of course you can always order online, which is easier, but all of us want to see products in person before we buy them. This highlighter is cruelty free and vegan. Catrice claims that this is ultra fine highlighting powder for a glowy finish on face & body. This highlighter has a bit of smell, it smells just like makeup sometimes smells if you know what I mean.

Pakiranje je veoma jednostavno, ali lijepo je. Radi se o plastici naravno, mislim da su izabrali lijepe kombinacije boja i sve u svemu sviđa mi se pakiranje. Kao što možete vidjeti na fotografijama, ovaj hajlajter je ogroman. U pakiranju dobijete čak 28 grama proizvoda, to Vam može trajati najmanje dvije godine svakodnevnog korištenja, što čini ovaj hajlajter vrijednim novca. Ja sam kupila ovaj hajlajter za 5.95 Eura, što znači da će biti oko 13-14 KM u Bosni, što je i dalje apsolutno predobra cijena, pogotovo za količinu proizvoda koju dobijate. Ovaj hajlajter je pogodan i za vegane. Catrice tvrdi da je ovo ultra fini hajlajter puder za divan sjajan završetak na licu i tijelu. Hajlajter ima blagi miris, ne znam kako bih ga objasnila, miriše kao što neki makeup proizvodi mirišu, znate taj miris vjerovatno.

When I first saw this highlighter I thought that it would be too dark for me, but it’s actually pretty light highlighter. I feel like this highlighter has a lot of back pigment, but reflection is like champagne highlighter with a little bit of peachy under tone. It is intense, you can build it up to really intense glow. It can be applied more “naturally” if you use fan brush and really nicely blend it out. Highlighter is super pigmented when you swatch it, it looks scary when you swatch it believe me. But as I always say the best brush for applying highlighter in my opinion is fan brush, because it nicely applies light layers of highlighter so you really control the amount of glow you have on your skin. I like this highlighter, it provides beautiful glow, it’s eye catching and it really creates nice effect on skin. If you are looking for new highlighter this one might be ideal for you, because it’s affordable, you get a lot of product and it would work for many skin tones in my opinion. Shade is that perfect champagne glow shade with tiny bit of peachy pigment that looks great for any occasion and it’s ideal as a daily highlighter. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with Catrice when it comes to nice affordable highlighters, they make some amazing ones.

Kada sam prvi put vidjela ovaj hajlajter mislila sam da će biti pretaman za mene, ali ustvari radi se o prilično svijetlom hajlajteru. Mislim da ovaj hajlajter ima dosta pigmenta, ali reflektuje svjetlost kao što inače rade svijetli „šampanjac“ hajlajteri. Hajlajter ima svijetlu zlatnu boju sa malo „peachy“ boje pomiješane. Radi se o vrlo pigmentovanom puderu, možete ga nanijeti malo za prirodni sjaj, ali možete nanijeti i dva do tri sloja za super intenzivan sjaj. Hajlajter je veoma pigmentovan i mekan kad ga dotaknete prstima, daje baš intenzivan sjaj kad ga tako nanesete. Ja inače preporučujem „fen“ četkicu za nanošenje hajlajtera, jer je to najbolja metoda. Sa „fen“ četkicom možete imati prirodni završetak na koži i lijepo izblendati hajlajter tako da izgleda prirodno na licu. Sa „fen“ četkicom također možete lahko naći mjesto gdje stavljate hajlajter jer oblik četkice to dozvoljava. Sviđa mi se ovaj hajlajter, daje divan sjaj na koži, lijepo reflektuje svjetlost i daje divan efekat na koži. Ako tražite novi hajlajter onda je ovaj idealna opcija, jer je stvarno dobre cijene, dobijete mnogo proizvoda i radi se o divnoj formulaciji proizvoda. Nijansa je divna „šampanjac“ nijansa koja se lako kombinuje sa svim bojama koje možete koristiti kada se radi o makeup-u, to je nijansa koja je idealna za svaki dan. Iskreno mislim da ne možete pogriješiti kada izaberete Catrice kao brend za hajlajter, posebno kada se radi o limitiranim kolekcijama. Oni uvijek naprave super hajlajtere u limitiranim kolekcijama, imam ih nekoliko i svi su apsolutno predobri.

I feel like Catrice limited edition collections are always soo nice and I feel like products feel so much better then products from their regular line. I love buying limited edition products, it’s always so enjoyable for me. I like to collect them and actually a lot of my makeup collection consists of limited edition products and I love all of them. Mislim da su Catrice limitirane kolekcije uvijek uspješne, lijepe i napravljene sa mnogo pažnje. Puno puta mi se desilo da kupim neki Catrice limitirani proizvod koji mogu lahko uporediti sa mnogo skupljim makeup proizvodima po kvalitetu, izgledu pakiranja i kvalitetu formule.
