BEYONCÉ go to simple and easy makeup look – Recreated

I was really inspired by a photo I saw on Instagram (here) where Beyoncé had such a simple browny makeup with some gold accents. This is her go to look, I see it a lot on her and I have to admit that she looks stunning with this makeup. Well, let’s be honest she always looks stunning. So I tried to recreate this look on me to see how well it will suit me. I quite like the final result, it looks really simple but put together, I would definitely wear this makeup more. Let me tell you how I achieved the base.

Primer – Revelique makeup gel base – REVIEW
Foundation – Essence #INSTA perfect liquid makeup (#funny ivory) – REVIEW
Concealer – Essence Camouflage 2in1 (Ivory) – REVIEW + Catrice Light Reflecting concealer (Light nude) + Catrice camouflage cream (Ivory) – on spots
Powder – Catrice Prime and Fine Mattifying powder (Translucent) – REVIEW
All over skin (for adding glow) – Catrice Deluxe Glow Highlighter palette – REVIEW
Contour – Catrice Prime and Fine Professional Contouring palette – REVIEW
Highlighter – Essence Too glam to give a damn palette (highlighter shade) – REVIEW
Bronzer – Essence Sun Club Matt bronzing powder (Natural)
Blush – Rimmel Lasting soft color blush (Santa Rose)

Eyes in this look are really simple. It is very easy to do, combination of warm tones and gold always works. I used the same bronzer I used on my face as a crease shade. I blended it up very nicely, so you get nice open eyes. I used the same highlighter I used on my face in inner corners and brow bone. For creating this eye look I used two palettes. First for all over the lid shade I used mid toned sparkly brown shade from Catrice Vinyl vs Velvet palette (4th shade). I added that shade all over the lid and then took a bit of same bronzer to blend it out. I used the same bronzer on lower lash line and also added gold shade from Essence Too glam to give a damn palette (REVIEW) on first part of lower lash line. This will basically add illusion of bigger eyes and it will give well rested, healthy look.

Mascara – Essence I need a miracle Volumizing and Strenghtening mascara
Brows – Catrice Eye brow set + Catrice LASH // BROW Designer shaping and Conditioning mascara gel (REVIEW)

For lips, Beyoncé had subtle pinky shade, so to recreate that I used Manhattan Soft Rouge lipstick in shade Nude apricot. As this is creamy lipstick I patted it down with my finger to take away shine as Beyoncé had just a wash of pinky mat shade on lips.
